Biography
I am Vojislav Milanovic an international master from Serbia
(formerly Yugoslavia). I have held the IM title since 1993 and I
achieved a GM norm in 1996. I have a record of 2 wins and a draw
against Peter Leko. I am a two-time winner of the Belgrade Chess
Cup.
I have worked as a chesstrainer for about 15 years with the famous
"Partizan" chess club which has won the Yugoslavian championships
23 times, and won the European club championships 3 times.
I have written two chess books, Spanish Gambits with
GM Milan Matulovic and translated Nottingham 1936,
by Alexander Alekhine. Another chess book is currently in production.
I am a journalist and I write a chess column in Blicpress. I also
do some chess commentary work for SOS Kanal (SOS Channel) on television.
